Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).  The Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is a public airport 18 miles northwest of Panama City, in Bay County near West Bay.  The airport currently has no scheduled international flights, due to the small population in the surrounding areas and the fact that the demand for visitation to Panama City is mostly regional and/or national.
