Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This charming ground-floor condo in the Mariner East complex sits right on the breathtaking white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. No stairs or elevators here-just step outside and you're on the beach! It's an ideal spot for families with kids or for anyone who prefers the ease of ground-level access.
 
The master bedroom offers a cozy king-size bed with a comfy mattress and a flat-screen TV for those relaxing evenings. You'll love the beautifully updated bathroom, complete with a stylish tile shower/tub combo and elegant granite countertops. There's also a fun and cozy bunk room with twin-over-full bunk beds-perfect for the little ones or extra guests!  The living room is all about comfort, with two recliners, a sleeper sofa, and another flat-screen TV-plenty of space for everyone to unwind. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
 
Step out onto the patio, furnished with colorful, cheerful seating, and enjoy the secure fenced-in yard and nearby shuffleboard patio. You can even keep an eye on the kids splashing in the pool while you kick back and relax on your own private patio.  
 
The kitchen comes stocked with full-size appliances, cookware, and all the small appliances you might need-microwave, coffee pot, blender, and more. We provide fresh linens, cozy blankets, and bath towels to make your stay a breeze (just don't forget your beach towels!).  You'll find extras like sand toys ready for the kids, and if you'd like, beach chair and umbrella rentals are available from nearby vendors.
 
For your convenience, your private full-size laundry room is located just across from your front door.  Whether you're a beach lover, a pool lounger, or someone who enjoys both, you'll love the relaxed vibe of this family-friendly complex. It's close to great restaurants, fun nightlife, and yet tucked away enough to give you that peaceful escape. We're just half a mile from beautiful St. Andrews State Park and about 2.5 miles from the start of Front Beach Road.Families are always welcome, and if your group is all adults, we just ask that everyone be 25 or older. With local grocery stores and plenty of great dining options nearby, everything you need is right around the corner.  This is the perfect place to make unforgettable beach memories-we can't wait to have you!
