This top floor condo has THE BEST VIEW IN THE COMPLEX and is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida.  
 
This unit was updated and is a little different than the other units at this complex.  It has a king size bed in master with a full, larger than usual, attached bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower.  There is a bunk room in the hall with twin beds.  The full kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops and stainless appliances.  The unit also has a 2nd beautifully tiled bathroom with tub/shower combination.  There is a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa and recliner.  All the top floor units have a larger/deeper patio than the units below, but this unit has THE BEST VIEW IN THE COMPLEX because its extra-large patio goes out further than the unit to the east of it.  It allows you to not only see the beach in front of you, but also allows you to see all the way down the east side of the beach.  
 
This condo sleeps 6 maximum.  The extra-large open concept kitchen has all the pots, pans, large and small to include a coffee pot, toaster, blender, and utensils. Each condo has its own Wi-Fi.  Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. Outside on the patio there is comfortable seating for enjoying those beautiful sunsets. Sand toys, etc. are available to use along with beach chair/umbrella service that can be purchased from https://chairs2u.com.  You have your own full size laundry room right across from the front door of the condo.  Whether you enjoy lying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this small family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it.  Mariner East Condominiums is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd.  We rent to families.... or if all adults are age 25 or older.    Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, Publix, and many restaurants are just a very short drive away. This is the place to make those wonderful family memories!
