This lovely 3rd floor beachfront condo in the Mariner East complex is perfectly situated right on the stunning white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida.
 
This lovely condo features 2 queen beds in the master bedroom.  The attached bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower.  The living room features cozy furniture, including a queen murphy bed, two sofas, and a large flat screen TV.  The kitchen is all set with plenty of kitchenware and full-size cooking appliances.  This unit also has an additional bathroom in the hallway.
 
This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests.  The kitchen is equipped with a variety of pots and pans, both large and small, along with a coffee pot, toaster, blender, and utensils. Every condo comes with its own Wi-Fi!  We've got you covered with sheets, blankets, bath towels, and more, but don't forget to pack your own beach towels! On the patio, you'll find cozy seating perfect for soaking in those lovely sunsets. Feel free to use the sand toys and more that are available!  Your very own full-size laundry room is conveniently located right across from the front door of the condo!  If you love lounging by the pool or relaxing on the beach until the sun goes down, you'll really appreciate this cozy family complex. It's conveniently located near restaurants and nightlife, yet still offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.  Mariner East Condominiums is located just half a mile from St Andrews State Park and around two and a half miles from the beginning of Front Beach Rd.  We welcome families to rent from us, or if all adults are 25 years old or older.    Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, Publix, and plenty of restaurants are just a quick drive away! This is the perfect spot to create those amazing family memories!
