This beautiful 2nd floor beachfront condo is an END UNIT and has a large "L" shaped balcony.  It is in the Mariner East complex and is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida.
 
This one bedroom, two bath, condo is fully stocked for a wonderful time at the beach!  The beautifully decorated master bedroom has a king-size bed with plenty of room to spare.  There is a beautiful full bath attached to the master bedroom with granite counter tops and another full bathroom down the hall.  A full kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and comes with refrigerator, dish washer, garbage disposal, oven and stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker and all the utensils and cooking gear you will need.  There is a separate dining area and a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and lots of seating. This unit has an unbelievable view of the ocean from the private "L" balcony with plenty of seating to view those gorgeous sunsets.  
 
 
This condo sleeps 4 maximum.  Each condo has its own Wi-Fi.  Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. Sand toys, etc. are available to use along with beach chair/umbrella service that can be purchased from https://chairs2u.com.  You have your own full size laundry room right across from the front door of the condo.  Whether you enjoy lying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this small family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it.  Mariner East Condominiums is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd.  We rent to families.... or if all adults are age 25 or older.    Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, Publix, and many restaurants are just a very short drive away. This is the place to make those wonderful family memories!
